Who can we help?

• Dandi welcomes applications from all backgrounds - we particularly encourage aspiring solicitors from non-advantaged backgrounds in the Legal profession to apply, including those that identify as:

- Ethnic Minority, LGBTQ+ or disabled

- Socially mobile (attended state school, first generation to attend university or from a low socio-economic household, amongst other factors)

• You could have been held back by personal circumstances that are not always apparent on your CV. You may have encountered financial difficulties during university, cared for a loved one whilst studying or performed particularly well at a low achieving school. We want to hear from all of you.
