Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the website operated by Dandi Legal (‘Dandi Legal’, ‘our’, ‘we’ or ‘us’). By accessing or using www.dandilegal.co.uk (“the site”) you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions of use as they apply to your use of or access to the site as they may be modified and posted from time to time. When we refer to ’you’ in these terms and conditions, we mean the user, i.e., the person accessing the site.

3. Your use of the site
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided by you is true, complete, accurate, up to date and not misleading or likely to mislead or deceive and that it is not discriminatory, obscene, offensive, defamatory, or otherwise illegal, unlawful or in breach of any applicable legislation, regulation, guidelines or codes of practice or the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of any person in any jurisdiction. You are also responsible for ensuring that all information and data files are free of viruses or other routines or engines that may damage or interfere with any system or data prior to being submitted to this site. To the extent legally permitted, we do not accept any responsibility or liability for any loss or damage which may arise from the accessing or reliance on information and data contained on this website.
4. Passwords and IP Address
Access to certain parts of the site will only be possible by using username(s) and password(s). You shall keep confidential the username(s) and password(s) used by you to access such parts of the site. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of them or any other breach of security regarding the site that comes to your attention.

5. Dandi Passport
Applicants may be asked to provide information relating to their educational background and social mobility. This may include, without limitation: educational details (such as school or college subjects and grades and the university attended), employment undertaken during education, Local Authority Care (LAC) status, refugee or asylum seeker status, eligibility for Free School Meals (FSM), factors that may have impacted education (including medical or chronic illness, family-related circumstances, or caring responsibilities), and postcode data/parental occupation.
If you register for a Dandi Passport, whether through our website or via a third party organisation, you will be issued a Dandi Passport ID and may be able to view certain contextual data relating to you. Dandi will store your Dandi Passport ID together with your contextual data to enable you to reuse that information when applying to organisations that use Dandi’s contextual recruitment software, thereby avoiding the need to complete the same information multiple times. You may use the contextual data made available to you through the Dandi Passport at your discretion. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dandi accepts no responsibility or liability for the contextual data generated through the Dandi Passport or for any decisions, actions, or outcomes arising from your use of that data.

5. Data Security
Any personal data provided by you shall only be used in accordance with our Privacy Policies which form part of these terms and conditions.
6. Information provided on the site
Where information published on the site is provided by third parties, you understand that we do not control or endorse its contents in any way. All information offered or provided by third parties, is published in good faith but we do not (to the extent permitted by applicable law) accept responsibility for the accuracy or otherwise of the information (on or off-line) and its use.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your use of the site at any time if you are found in breach or have reasonable ground to believe that you are in breach of any of these terms, including, without limitation the prohibition on sharing or disclosure of username(s) and password(s).

These terms and conditions replace all other terms and conditions previously applicable to the use of the site.
If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by any judicial or other competent authority, all other provisions of these terms and conditions will remain in full force and effect and will not be in any way impaired. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable but would be valid or enforceable if some part of the provision were deleted, the provision in question will apply with the minimum modifications necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
